Itinerary – Day Trip
For date trip darshan timings will be around 2:00 PM.
Departure from Bengaluru at 6:00 AM.
Arrival at Tirupati hotel around 12:00 noon.
Fresh up for one hour.
Travel to Tirumala Hills for darshan of Lord Balaji Venkateshwara.
Special Entry Darshan will take up to 3 hours.
Collect laddu prasadams, each pilgrim will get one laddu.
Then travel back to Tirupati have darshan of Padmavathi Devi.
Departure to Bengaluru.
Arrival at Bengaluru around 11:30 PM
Itinerary – Night Trip
Darshan will be in morning around 10:00 AM darshan
Departure from Bengaluru to Tirupati around 11.00 PM one day before.
Reach hotel at Tirupati around 4:00 AM, for freshup. Freshup will be provided for 2:00 hours.
Travel to Tirumala hills for darshan of Lord Balaji. Darshan will take up to 3 hours for Sheegra Darshan.
After darshan collect laddu prasadams, each devotee will get one laddu.
Then travel back to Tirupati have darshan of Padmavathi Devi.
After darshan travel back to Bangalore.
Reach Bengaluru around 8 PM. Tirupati Balaji Tour Package ends with the blessings of Lord Balaji.
Note
Please note that we do not book or sell darshan tickets. We will be able to conduct car packages if darshan tickets are available online only. As of now devotees are informed to carry full vaccination certification or negative RTPCR test report while going for darshan.
NOTE : 1) Pilgrims to carry original ID cards when going for darshan. The card should have the same ID number which you provided to us while booking the package.
2) There is a strict dress code which needs to be followed by both men and women devotees while going for darshan at Tirumala Balaji Temple. Women and teenage girls can wear sari or chudidar with chunni. Men and teenage boys should wear dhoti with formal shirts or kurta pyjama. No other modern outfits while T-shirts, Jeans are allowed.

* Special darshan package includes, to & fro transportation from Bangalore, by Volvo coach or a cab of your choice during car packages.
*Deluxe accommodation in Hotel for fresh-up.
*Sheegra Dharshan ticket worth Rs 300, one prasadam laddu included in bus packages. However, car packages are possible only if special entry darshan tickets are available online.
Note: Tonsuring (Mundan): During Tirupati package from Bangalore by bus guide will help pilgrims to get their Mundan done. There are many places to get tonsuring done in Tirumala. All of these places have adjoining bathrooms to have bath after tonsuring. These bathrooms are well maintained at Tirumala. During Tirupati Car package our experienced drivers will assist you to have your Tonsuring done.
Tirupati Balaji Darshan Package Excludes:
The Tirupati Balaji Darshan Bus Package excludes Rs 40 darshan ticket at Padmavati Temple. Food is not included in car packages.

1. Booking Confirmation: Booking confirmation is subject to availability and is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.
2. Payment Policy:
– Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
– No refunds will be provided once the package is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
– Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
– Cancellation charges may apply as per the discretion of the tour operator.
– No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the package is confirmed.
4. Itinerary
– The itinerary is subject to change based on factors such as weather conditions, roadblocks, or any unforeseen circumstances.
– The tour operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary without prior notice.
5. Travel Documents
– Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary travel documents such as passports, visas, and any other required permits.
6. Health and Safety
– Travelers must ensure they are in good health and fit to undertake the journey.
– The tour operator shall not be liable for any health-related issues or accidents that may occur during the tour.
7. Travel Insurance
– Travel insurance is not included in the package. It is recommended that travelers obtain adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
8. Responsibility
– The tour operator shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the tour.
– Travelers participate in the tour at their own risk.
9. Meals:
– Meals included in the package are as specified in the itinerary.
– Special dietary requirements must be communicated to the tour operator in advance.
10. Additional Expenses:
– Any additional expenses incurred during the tour, such as personal expenses, extra meals, beverages, or optional activities, are the responsibility of the traveler.
11. Behavior:
– Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and locals.
– The tour operator reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
12. Force Majeure:
– The tour operator shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the itinerary caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
13. Disputes:
– Any disputes arising from the tour shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts respected jurisdiction where the tour takes place.
